We had a great time photographing Shannon & Jon's beautiful wedding in Seaside, Oregon. As Amy and I drove over the pass towards the Pacific, we realized that this could possibly be some of our favorite weather for beach photography: dramatic clouds, sun coming and going, not too much direct light and no rain... Fingers were crossed. This was June in Western Oregon after all, affectionately called June-uary by some.
The weather was indeed perfect and the flower adorned paths, oceanside wooden altar & many flower children made for a gorgeous ceremony. We got a huge surprise when Shannon & Jon ran into the ocean during our post-ceremony shoot! The photos of them frolicking and romancing in the sea were totally worth getting our shoes wet.
It was a wedding we will always remember, thanks for making us a part of it.
